Comprehensive Design Support

A path for today that ensures quality and savings for tomorrow! Blueprint

We're ready to work with your design engineering team to implement a three-step Comprehensive Design Support path for commercial and industrial facilities anywhere in New Jersey. This integrated approach is for large projects (over 50,000 sq. ft.) that have significant potential for energy savings and that are in the conceptual or design stage.

Design incentives are available at each step to help offset project engineering fees related to the analysis of premium-efficiency alternatives. Available to design professionals, these incentives are intended to cover up to 100% of the incremental cost for design services over the cost of the base case building design. Design incentives are intended to encourage integrated, comprehensive designs and alternatives that yield greater energy-efficiency improvements than implementing stand-alone measures.

Step 1:   Pre-design Brainstorming   (Design Incentive of up to $1,000 paid upon completion of Step 2)

Step 2:   Design Simulation   (Design Incentive of $5,000 or more)

Step 3:   Detailed Analysis of
Energy-Efficiency Measures
  (Design Incentive up to $5,000)

See the Steps in detail!

    • The installation or replacement of a chiller.

2. Other notes:
