HVAC Portal

HVAC Portal Information

The HVAC Portal has been developed to provide contractors and customers with access to online application portals for the WARM and COOLAdvantage Programs.

Training was previously held to introduce contractors to the online application portals and a recording of the training session is available below. However, you may find the abbreviated guide of how to use the online portal helpful.

Play recording (52 min 55 sec)

It is highly recommended that customers or contractors submit applications online for quick and easy submissions. The HVAC portals can also be accessed and utilized via Tablet and Smart Phones (Android, iPhone).

HVAC Processing Update as of 10.22.18

  • The HVAC program (WARM/COOLAdvantage) has been experiencing longer than normal delays in processing rebate applications. We are working diligently to get caught up and appreciate your patience as we do our best to process all applications. This timeline will be revised/updated peridoically as we work through our backlog and towards reducing our processing timeframes.
  • As we go through the application review process, we may need to contact you for any missing or incomplete information before we can confirm your eligibility for a rebate. Please be diligent in providing the missing information as soon as you can to avoid further delays.
  • Applications received at the beginning of September are just now being reviewed. We will continue to update this information on a weekly basis.
  • When your application has been approved for a rebate, you will receive notification by email. From that point, you can expect to receive your rebate within 60 days.
  • As a reminder, customers and contractors can check on the status of individual applications at any time via the portals above.

Changes to HVAC Program Guidelines:

IMPORTANT: AHRI Certificate Reminder

Please see the latest eligible measures document for a full list of eligible equipment and rebates in addition to new program requirements.

Remember to do the following:

  • Submit a copy of the AHRI certificatewith WARMAdvantage applications; if not available, a copy of the ENERGY STAR® listing may be provided instead.
  • Submit Manual J load calculations for heating systems  and select equipment  selected in accordance with ACCA Manual S.
