SREC-Only Pilot Program
The 2008 renewable energy programs, including the SREC-Only Pilot Program, ended as of December 31, 2008. Information about the program will remain on this page for reference. Projects which had been accepted in the SREC-Only Pilot Program may be completed prior to their expiration dates under the administrative processes and requirements established for the SREC-Only Pilot Program. All new SREC-only projects (i.e. projects which are not eligible for or do not request rebates) must apply as non-rebated projects under the SREC Registration Program.

1. Initial Registration Package. The initial registration package contains the forms necessary for registering a project in the SREC-Only Pilot Program.
2. SREC Registration Program Status Reports. The status report is posted each month, and it contains information on the previous period's activity, as well as total program activity. These reports were formerly titled SREC-Only Pilot Program status reports, but the title has been changed to SREC Registration Program Status Report.
3. Final Registration Package. Registrants of projects which had been accepted into the SREC-Only Pilot Program must complete and submit the Final Registration Package once construction is complete and prior to the project's expiration date. Receipt of a complete Final Registration Package triggers scheduling of the NJCEP inspection, certification of the project as eligible to begin earning SRECs, and referral of the project to the REC Admnistrator to enable creation of an SREC tracking and trading account.
4. SREC-Only Pilot Program Guidebook. The Guidebook documents program guidelines and procedures and should be consulted first for any questions about registrant eligibility and responsibilities, registration processing, and other questions.
