Renewable Energy Incentive Program Forms

Submit an Application Packet
Applicants must submit a completed Application Packet with all required documents and signatures.  In addition to the REIP application form, the Application Packet must contain all of the information identified in the appropriate REIP Application Checklist.  The new Solar Technical Worksheet (dated June 2010) with revised rebate amounts must be included in the Application Packet.  Older versions are not accepted.

Incomplete or illegible applications will be returned to the applicant without exception and funds will not be reserved.  Applicants must correct deficiencies and resubmit the full Application Packet to be considered for eligibility.

PVWatts and Alternative calculator use is identified in the Application Checklist and the Solar and/or Wind Technical Worksheet.


Request a State Inspection
Applicants must submit a completed As Built Packet with all required documents and signatures as identified in the As Built Checklist in order to schedule a State inspection.  As instructed in the As Built Solar Technical Worksheet, the actual solar azimuth or orientation must be within +/- 3 degrees of the azimuth or orientation reported in the As Built Solar Technical Worksheet and used in the estimated production calculation for the system.

*  All applicants must submit the As Built Checklist, As Built Solar Technical Worksheet, and ANSI C12 Certified Meter Worksheet (if applicable) listed below regardless of project approval year.

Submit Final Paperwork Packet
Applicants must submit a completed Final Paperwork Packet including all required documents and signatures in order to receive and NJ Certification Number, receive a rebate check, and generate SRECs.

If your solar project was approved in 2009, you must use the 2009 Final Papework Checklist.  If your solar project application was submitted to the Market Manager Team on or after January 1, 2010, you must use the 2010 Final Paperwork Checklist.
