The New Jersey Wind Program Web page provides information resources for those interested in learning about terrestrial sited, wind generation and financial incentives offered through New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program. In addition, updates on the New Jersey Wind Working Group, formed to discuss and identify opportunities and barriers associated with small terrestrial wind development in the state, are available.

The Wind Program home page will also be used to report on the status/minutes of the Wind Working Group as it evolves and any upcoming events/meetings. The New Jersey Wind Working Group is facilitated by Dr. Peter Mark Jansson PP PE  of Rowan University and Dr. Michael R. Muller of Rutgers University, and funded by a grant provided by the United States Department of Energy Wind Powering America Program. The goal of New Jersey's Wind Working Group is to address barriers to the deployment of terrestrial-sited wind generation in New Jersey.
