As part of federal funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities has received approval  to offer New Jersey residents additional incentives on ENERGY STAR qualified appliances.  The incentives are available April 1, 2010 and will end on or before April 30, 2010 based on availability of funds.

New Jersey residents should also look into the WARMAdvantage and COOLAdvantage programs to apply for incentives when purchasing qualifying energy-efficient home heating and cooling equipment.

Please note a $20 rebate is offered for the purchase of ENERGY STAR qualified room air conditioners beginning every May and ending August 31 each year.  This is a seasonal offer, so please check back in May 2010 for the new offer.
