In order to become a participating contractor in Home Performance with ENERGY STAR, you will have to follow these steps:

• Sign the Participation Agreement
• Purchase diagnostic equipment (50% subsidy)
• Become BPI Certified and Accredited (75% subsidy)
    - Attend the training (initial cost fully reimbursed upon receiving BPI certification)
    - Take the BPI Written and Field Tests
• Begin participation in the program
