NJBPU Staff will hold a series of virtual Stakeholder Meetings to solicit input and gather additional information from stakeholders to inform its evaluation of offshore wind transmission proposals submitted to PJM Interconnection, LLC as part of a competitive solicitation process known as the State Agreement Approach (SAA).

• Stakeholder Meeting #1 will be held on March 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.

Topic: General Description of SAA Goals and Evaluation Process, and Review of Applications Received

• Stakeholder Meeting #2 will be held on March 30, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.

Topic: Integration with Offshore Wind Generation Projects

• Stakeholder Meeting #3 will be held on April 4, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.

Topic: Environmental Permitting Issues

• Stakeholder Meeting #4 will be held on April 12, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.

Topic: Ratepayer Protections and Cost Controls

Previous Meetings

Stakeholder meetings were held on August 3, 2020 and August 5, 2020 on the draft OWSP and the draft guidance document for the second offshore wind solicitation, respectively.  Information on these meetings and past events can be found here.
