Interconnection Complaint Form - Information on how to submit a complaint regarding the interconnection of your solar project or any utility billing issue. A complaint should not by submitted until you have contacted your EDC (electric utility) to try to resolve any outstanding issues. Contact information for each EDC can be found here.
