Submit an Interconnection Complaint

Please use the form below to submit a specific complaint regarding the interconnection of your project. A complaint should not be submitted until you have contacted your EDC (Electric Utility) to try to resolve any outstanding issues.

This complaint tracking form is intended to track the frequency of complaints and identify areas that need improvement. Your EDC will be advised of the complaint and will respond directly to the contact name that you provide.

If you wish to submit a specific complaint about your Solar Contractor and/or the Owner of your Solar Electric Generating Facility (Third Party Owner), do not submit your complaint using the form below, but instead use the SRP Complaint Form.

You must contact your EDC (Electric Utility) to try to resolve any outstanding issues prior to submitting a complaint.
