RPS Compliance Reports

Energy Year 2020 (EY20) Information

To: Third Party Suppliers (“TPS”), Basic Generation Service Providers (“BGS”) and Electric Distribution Companies (‘EDC”):
 
To prepare for and facilitate the EY20 RPS compliance reporting period, the Division of Clean Energy (“DCE”) staff along with PJM-EIS has scheduled our annual RPS compliance instructional and planning meeting. This year’s meeting will include a discussion of the Clean Energy Act of 2018 changes to the Class I, Class II and Solar RPS requirements and how the compliance obligations are calculated. This meeting will be a webinar and is scheduled for July 21, 2020 from 1 PM to 3 PM. Please register for this Go to Meeting webinar by noon on July 20, 2020 here. Below is the tentative agenda:
