This page lists the public versions of all community solar applications that were conditionally approved by the Board as part of Program Year 1 of the Community Solar Energy Pilot Program. These applications were submitted to the Board between April 9, 2019 and September 9, 2019. They were conditionally approved by the Board in an Order on December 20, 2019.

Please be advised that, due to the ongoing public health emergency, Board Staff is posting the public versions of the community solar applications as they were received via electronic submission. It is possible that some of the electronic submissions may differ from the hard copy applications submitted to the Board on or before September 9, 2019 (e.g. attachments were included or excluded from the electronic submission). In cases where an electronic submission differed from the hard copy submission, please note that the Community Solar Evaluation Committee reviewed the hard copy submission.
